Department of Sociology

The Department of Sociology is one of the oldest under-graduate departments of Basavaprabhu Kore College. The Department of Sociology, since its inception in the year 1969 at under-graduate level has been doing pioneering work in the field of teaching. Today, conducting research activities and consultancy services have become special features of the Department.
